Rain of Freedom

It's been a year i haven't write anything on blog...but some time things get so much noisy to realize that inner calmness.

I do feel to write, but never get proper time..n when i got time ,not mood :) so today..i have time n mood both :) :) ;)

Today i was listening few ghazals of Jagjit & Chitra, i must say great couple...i think it would be great fun to sing together.

The day n song were complimenting each other..the 1st rain to season with 'main nashe main hune' of jagji's voice just goes perfect with each other.

I was enjoying rain like never before...the big smile didn't gone for second from my face :D at that time, that was feeling of freedom,like i dont care how others are thinking abut me ,i just want it to enjoy it fullest.

While i was changing my clothes..i realise Every thing in life changes U,other, frnds ,lover,family every one even season chages then why not human ,but when u accept it with big smile it becomes enjoyment....i know some time it is not soo easy without big smile.

Every single thing we do in life is just for happiness but some time we searches that outside for so long, we forgot the the freedom of being happy is inside me .... how simple na!!

U know i m some how stupid i took long time to see "simple"things,the possitive side is sooner or later i atleast see n accept it somehow :)

Habits That Help You Manage Your Stress


Today we have more stress in our lives than ever before – good stress, bad stress, red stress, blue stress . No matter what kind of stress it is, a real crisis or an imagined one, stress is incredibly harmful to our body, mind and soul.


Here are a few self-care habits for dealing with stress


1. Get in the habit of noticing.


Take an inventory of all the things that just don't feel right in your life or that you know are causing you stress. For example, when you approach certain people, places or situations do you feel more stress and tension? Once you have your list in place, look at what you can change yourself, and do it. You can also use this list to predict stressful situations before they occur.


2. Get in the habit of asking for help.



For what you can't change yourself, you need a team. Build a team of experts to handle your list. A coach, at the top of the list, will help with the big picture and will keep you honest about your efforts. Other team members might be a family doctor who listens to you, a financial planner, a massage therapist and an exercise partner.



3. Get in the habit of bouncing back.


Think of Plan A as your basic self-care plan while stress is under control. Now imagine something happens and you are under stress. Instead of abandoning all self-care because you can't do it all, have a Plan B ready beforehand.


4. Get in the habit of relaxing.


If you practice relaxation techniques (breathing, meditation, imagery, music) every day, then when stressful situations come up you'll have the tools at your fingertips.


5. Get in the habit of gratitude.


Our attitude comes from our emotions and our emotions come from our thoughts. Thinking about what we're grateful for and what we're good at can keep things positive. It's not about shying away from what's challenging you - it's about approaching life from a place of strength and not as a victim.


6. Get in the habit of creating.


Experiment with a new recipe in the kitchen, write a poem, bang a drum, do a craft, take a dance class or do something else that feels creative to you.


7. Get in the habit of putting your stuff away.


Physical clutter can really impact mental, emotional and physical health. Get rid of things that don't make you happy when you look at them. Organize your stuff. Find a place for everything and keep it there.

8. Get in the habit of breathing.



This is the simplest and quickest way to relax yourself in a stressful situation. The minute you focus on your breathing it automatically gets slower and deeper.

9. Get in the habit of daydreaming.


Take yourself away on an imaginary holiday. Just close your eyes and go! Picture somewhere you've been or somewhere you've dreamed of.


10. Get in the habit of giggling.
Laugh out loud every day.

Why ?

Remember how may time u use this word "why"? 2 times....3.....4.....? okey many times. when i was in school my teacher said "before doing any thing ask your self "why Ur doing ?, what is reason behind it ? if u find it proper than do,if not than leave it.."

But don't u think that makes us selfish?.To find asn. of each question are not always possible..."why you are doing ?" "because i don't wanna."might be a very rude ans.

some times in life some where u never have ans. of ur "WHY?"& some times ur even careless to find it,the reason behind it is ,to runing away from ur recent situation,acceptanc of the thing takes a very long time..but still there r many Q. of why?which is ans. i m still trying to find,befor thinking of that period ask my self "why i m even rembring it ?" and ans. is "i don't know, i m doing bcoz i want",might be i m selfish n runing away from acceptanc of right thing but, u know !!! "one blank statue come which makes u stupid n u will see only that thing u wanna see."

Many people might dont know "why they fall in love?" or "why a one is good frnd of his/her" or "why ur talking with other n trying to impress that person or others ?" or "why a one wanna marry to a girl/boy?, they will say every one is doing so i m too"..

so,"it's not always possible to get ans. of ur Q. why i m doing so?? but to Ask ur self why n do what ur heart say is more important."

So..So...So,Always try to find reason of the things which ur doing in ur life. belive me it's very good habit :)

*HAPPY STARTING*

i m 18 n just enjoying my college days, but some times it's not enough ...home to college & college to home...chill out with friend,go to shopping,exams,spend time with family,i never come to know when a day is finished??but some times i felt i am missing some thing but didn;t know what?? in this routine..i totally forgot which things i really loves to do ,paper craft,make card,make bookmark, draw cartoons, painting,my barbies,learn new languages...

but after reading few blogs i felt this is the thing i want, a nice place where i can use my energy & as the same time express my thought.so,here i m...with few of my very memorable memories
which i would love to share.may be i forgot to tell u how i love my barbies...

remembering vacation day, when i get my all barbies out n design clothes, give new hair style,make new jewelery for it from junk thing.i still remember my 6th vacation..where i made a doll house from 'theremokol sheets' a white doll house with maroon curtains n big kitchen, a dining area,a biggg drawing room with artistic furniture, than up floor a bad room for my doll. this is the best thing i have ever made,i was feeling like it's my own home where i would loves to stay. all year i collect pices of cloth from which i can my my dolls dress,yes i can buy a dress from shop but, may be it will not give me that saticfaction.

after every new dressup of my dolls ,the thing i m eagerly waiting for ,was to show it to my grandmother, the words "ahha that's really good why dont u try this for ur doll??" always inspire me to create new things...my mom-dad think i m yet childesh who plyed with dolls.may be i m but i love it.that more important

whenever i make some thing i run to my grandmother !!! my sister used to say "what need to run cant u walk it" she might don't know how eager i m ?to show my things to grandma....
Many people used to tell me "what u will do with those dolls??u big girl now" but some times i even wondered "what really i will do with it ??" than i remember my dadi's word "will take with me when i get marry :) "those stupid Q. with stupid ANS. i never come to know how easly years start passing...i still brush my dolls hair...isn't it stupid ?? i get it's ans. after join here" To run after ur likings & dreams is never stupidity" when ever i remember those things i get satisfaction of doing to creating a littel things...that's why i do !!

i really fell free after remembering my early days...it's like ur making free to a dove from cage n it's flying in sky like it's have never seen it before,it's flying n flying till no limits !!

before writing i was wondering "can i write any thing good ?? but after end of this post i feel,Why should i care?it makes no diffidence whether other likes or not the only thing matter is you like to do n read to give ur 100%."
